Why We Use Shop Accounts
We use Shop, a CRM platform configured by Epic App Solutions, to keep track of our clients and all their information and preferences.
Do you have to create an account? No, you can always call the shop directly. However, we will enter your information into our system so we can serve you better. At minimum, we need your name, phone number, and email address.
What does the account do for you?
- Talk directly to your artist through DM, call, or Zoom
- Look up your past work and appointment history
- Receive notifications about promos, events, and what's new at Blacklist through our app service
- Stay connected with our newsfeed
