Sunday ghost town, Monday delays, and straight into a stacked week

Sunday morning, Philadelphia was covered in about six inches of heavy wet snow. The convention turned into a ghost town. That is weather. It does not care about your schedule.

I finished the show with a cool piece, packed it up, had dinner with friends, and turned in. Plan was still airport as scheduled.

Monday morning, headed to the airport. My flight out was slightly delayed, looked manageable. Then the delay made me miss the connection and I ended up stuck in Atlanta for about five hours.

I used the time. Met with Jade. We made real progress.

I got home at midnight instead of mid afternoon. Straight to bed. Because the next day starts a fully stacked week of appointments.

That means twelve days straight without a break, crossing the country twice, dealing with winter storms, fighting people, and the clock.

It is all part of the game. No factor.

Question.

Do you want the reality of the work, or the fantasy version where nothing ever goes wrong.
