Friday routine, jiu jitsu, and a solid session

Friday started the right way. 7 a.m. Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

It keeps me sharp. It clears the noise out. Then I went straight into a full day session and it went well. Great new client, good flow, good work. That is what you want on day one. Build momentum and keep it.

I also linked up with a new needle manufacturer at the convention and tested product. I care about tools. Consistency matters. Clean entries, predictable groupings, the way it heals, all of that adds up.

Question.

Do you pick an artist based on hype, or based on the quality of their healed work and how seriously they take their setup.
