Booth registration got weird right out of the gate. It happens. Plans collide with reality, and you either waste time fighting it or you adapt and keep moving.
I ended up squeezing into a booth with a friend, Alexandra Fische. Not the setup I expected, but it worked. I got in on time, got set up, knocked out a business meeting, and kept the weekend pointed in the right direction.
That is the thing about conventions. If you let logistics steal your headspace, you are already behind.
Question for you.
When the first hour goes sideways, do you start improvising, or do you start spiraling.
